There are 2 types of documents required for LLP Registration, One is documents of partners, and another is documents of registered office.
Documents of Partners
ID Proof of Partners
During registration of LLP, you have to submit all partner’s identity proof. You have submitted a copy of Id proof of partners. You can use Aadhar card, passport, and PAN as identity proof.
Permanent Account Number (PAN)
PAN card is required during registration of an LLP. Partners of an LLP has to submit their copy of PAN card. PAN card is a unique identity card which is issued by Income Tax Department of India. PAN is required for Tax purposes in India.
You have to submit a copy of Address proof of Partners. The Address proof must not be older than 2 months, and name on PAN and Address proof should be same. You can use the following documents as address proof for Indian nationals.

The resident proof is required during registration. You can submit your bank details, Electricity bill, and mobile bill as residence proof. You have to prove this in the case of foreign nationals.
The photograph is a must for filing your application. You have to affix your photo on your application. It requires the latest picture during filing of form. You can use a scanned photograph for online application.
In case of foreign national passport is a must for registration because this will prove your identity. The passport must be notarized or Apostilled in the country it was issued. In case if a visa is in a foreign language, then it should be translated by an official translator. Details of passport should be precise.

You have to submit Proof of registered office address of LLP during registration or within 30 days of its incorporation.
If your office is on rent, then you have to submit a rent agreement and a no objection certificate from the landlord. You have to offer utility bills like gas, electricity or telephone and these documents should not be older than 2 months.
